Fusion OTBI API connection

Hello community!

 

Has anyone tried connecting and downloading a report (analysis) from Oracle Business Intelligence (OTBI)  through API? I have tried using the Developer tools but have not been able to establish a connection. Any guidance would be much appreciated!
