Find and Replace, Beginning of Field help

Hi,

I am unable to append records correctly with using beginning of field on my data.

Dataset - norman alex

Dateset 2 - norman alex (NA)

Can someone help me configure the find and replace tool to append the records correctly? 

SHould be like for like.

Also I want the workflow to be able to also account for records just like this

Dataset 1 - norman alex

dataset 2- norman alex.

@binuacs seems like there is an extra space in the 2nd row of your output!

@wonka1234 Can you screenshot where you are seeing the space? I do not see them in my workflow
