I am trying to run a test workflow just to test email tool. I gave in the smtp server name, port name, encryption, authentication user name and password,
after running the workflow i am getting error with email tool saying “Record#1: Timeout was reached”
can anyone confirm why this error occurs ?
i gave the right smtp name and port as i checked it on outlook web page under settings—email sync—- pop and imap

The troubleshooting pointers on this page might be helpful:
You may not need all of those fields to be filled in - try just having the SMTP and port. Remove the encryption, authentication user name and password.
Also, you may need to be on VPN.
