Count records between two lines

Hello,

I need to count the records between two lines.
One that contains the string "Moneda"
And the other that contains the word "Proveedor".
I tried to create a multi-row formula, but i didn't achieve the result.
I attach an example.

If anyone can help, i will appreciate it.
