What i need to do to get it fixed?
Any update on this? Were you able to resolve this issue?
1) I would recommend trying out the new Salesforce connector tool listed in the following link.
https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Community-Gallery/Salesforce-Input-Tool/ta-p/877898
You can remove old SF tools installed from the following directories.
Admin Install / Server Install: C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Tools
Non-admin install: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Alteryx\Tools
2) We also now support a Salesforce ODBC Driver. https://help.alteryx.com/20223/designer/salesforce
You can download the ODBC driver from downloads.alteryx.com
How to set up a Salesforce ODBC Driver: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Knowledge-Base/How-to-set-up-Salesforce-ODBC-conne...
Hope this helps, if it does please like this post and if it helps resolve your problem, mark it as a solution. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
