Adobe Analytics Tool Timing Out Error

When attempting to connect to my Adobe Analytics tool using the user login, I get a pop-up window and then an error stating that my request timed out. I get another error when I use the service account (JWT) login, which tells me to re-enter my credentials. I am not running Alteryx as an admin and have not updated the program recently, which might be the issue. Does anyone know what might be causing this connection problem?
