Hi @Andrea Ruiz?,

 

It can take a few minutes for Academy access to be provisioned after you register for the community. If you try now, you should be able to access the Academy! Here's an article with information about this behavior: https://community.trifacta.com/s/article/access-academy-insufficient-permissions
