Challenge #96: Who Stole my Latte?

I had the same URL issue as others so I'm blaming this guy. He looks caffeinated:

Luckily someone within the community created a work around some out of date links that I was able to create a macro to filter and keep only the up to date workable links and found the culprit. This person took a picture of the latte at 12:52:20 on 11/17/2017 at Latitude: 47.579167 and Longitude: -122.170109 which looks like to be a movie theatre parking lot! They have quick hands I might add to have stolen, snapped a photo, and posted it that far away only 2 minutes after leaving the latte at the desk!
