I could not download picture for some URL.

Had to filter out a dodgy URL but once done managed to find the culprit. I couldn't find a name in the data though so may have missed something.

I did the best that I could. About half of the links post-Filtering don't work anymore, including the one that identifies the PSL thief. This was good practice for troubleshooting funky URLs/downloads
