Challenge #92: The Blob!

My solution below - similar to others I found that only 3 of the links were still working

I did two versions to re-create the PDF output rather than just display in a Browse tool - using the download tool to download the images to a blob field, then either using the Image tool or the Blob Convert tool to create the images from the blob data, and finally rendered out to PDF.
