Challenge #9: Analytics Ranking

I could not resolve how to rank the duplicates so I had to look at the solution and copy it.

Multi row formula wont help as I don't understand the expressions.

I tried tile but couldn't figure it out.

I could have represented the final result by using select records or sample but that is not the point.
