My solution 🙂 Used a multi row formula so a little more complex than the posted solution. Really glad I saw the solution posted using the tile tool - hadn't used this before!

First challenge and approached it logically like I would in Excel or Tableau by sorting on count and then assigning a rank by reading the table top to bottom comparing prior row to current row.  That's it!
