Challenge #88: Counting Combinations

I am not sure why I have a different solution with my approach. Here is what I did:

I gave every item on the list a number and summarised them and then multiplied them by the count of numbers of the order to not have duplicate numbers. At the end I had 7 Combinations of Objects that were purchased and a total of 16 pruchases, meaning only 4 Purchases weren't combinations of the same objects.

If anyone could help me explain why the result should be
