Using transpose, sort, summarize concatenate function and summarize distinct

This was quick

Turned all items into column headers, marked the ones bought in each transaction ("x") and used the Unique tool to identify unique combinations of all. But I guess that wouldn't be a good solution if there were hundreds of items!  XD

Was making it too complicated until I remembered you can sort and concatenate strings.
