I converted the interval time to milliseconds and kind of went from there - overall I'm sure there was an easy way as this ended up being fairly long - but I got there.

The hours versus minutes formatting drove me nuts, I spent way too long wondering why shaving a minute off Carissa's time put her in 13th instead of 11th. I guess when I think of fitness contests, trying to imagine something happening in 02:10 defaults to hours in my mind. Valuable lesson about assumptions, I suppose.  Solution attached.
