My Effort. Managed to get the co-ordinates ok, but needed to peek at the answer for the map and spatial stuff

Certainly no eclipse in my neck of the woods, so chose to see how far Marine One would need to travel (378.65 miles)....

Process:
- Tokenize data into 6 columns, using (\d+\s\d+.\d+)
- Add RecordID
- Transpose data on RecordID
- Text to Columns on space (should have used \s rather than " ") to separate degrees from minutes and seconds
- Convert degrees, minutes, and seconds to decimal value
- Filter out first 37 rows (as nothing useful)
- Add RecordID
- Change decimal figure to negative for longitude
- Cross-tab data on RecordID
- Add points for Northern Limit, Southern Limit, and Central Line
- Sort data by longitude to ensure lines between points drawn properly
- Add RecordID (not needed)
- Create Poly-line between points
- Join Poly-lines
- Add point for 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue
- Find Nearest
- Calculate nearest distance to White House (vs Northern Limit)
