Here is my solution.

Got caught up with semantics of 'since June 2013' - as of June 1 or after June 30. I prefer to use dates with real data formats when filtering on date so added datetime tool. Note the fields for Burger/Pizza, Side, and Drink are not Null, so check for blank in filter.
