I didn't understand it at first but then browsing the comments I gradually knew what to do.

Here is my solution, I did not flag the items and used the price of the items as a proxy for "flags".

The issue with this solution is the filtering formula will then need to use "(!)isNull" and logical operators to evaluate if it is true or false
