This is my solution. I used Filter, Unique and Join several times.

My original WF didn't fit to the given output.

My calculation is only 15375, not 15497 as the total number of ticket IDs.

And the reason is (found out after a sleepless night 😉 )that I calculated only IDs which show:

            pizza OR burger AND (side AND drink)

 There are 122 Ticket IDs without any Main Dish. 

My WF shows following options:

- one solution that fits the output, 

- a solution where all ticket IDs show a meal

- prove of missing meals

From my point of view this was not an easy beginner challenge !!!

But.... FUN!
