Not too familiar with Cross- tab, so see Summarize-only solution:

1. Formula to limit dates

2. Summarize to Concatenate Description

3. Formula to enable filters on containing burger etc. 

4. Append Fields + % calculation

Instead of creating another lookup table and using a cross tab, I concatenated the types. My solution is attached.

Solution to Challenge 8 - I have done it in a very inefficient way compare to the solution but i believe it still works.One thing, however, is the final values are slightly different and i am not sure know why (They are greater then the solution's but if anything they should be smaller).
