There is something flawed in this challenge, the wording was ambiguous.

Also, many of these tickets/orders would have potentially been eligible for multiple meal deals: 2 burgers, 1 pizza, 3 sides, 3 drinks, to me that should equal 3 potential meal deals.

But then how would we calculate the total number of meals...

Anyhow, here is my solution:
