I really like the annotation capability built right into the properties of each tool on the workflow. This is much more seamless than I've seen in some other tools.

Hey, I completed the challenge - my first one

I went a little more mathy than the other solutions, but it's pretty fun and I hope efficient enough.

1) Join the two tables
2) Remove the entries prior to July
3) Sort the ticket ID (I'm actually not sure if this is necessary after the fact)
4) Give the important entries a distinct prime number. Pizza OR Burger = 2, Side = 3, Drink = 5, all else = 1
5) Group By ticket ID and multiply their numbers together.
6) Because the important entries have a distinct prime number, we know that the product of their numbers (30) will only ever occur when all 3 options are taken. With this knowledge we used the MOD function to check if the product is divisible by 30, and setting other values to Null for format reasons.
7) Count NonNull numbers (products that were not divisible by 30) to get total number of possible meals. Count all for total orders.
8) Divide NonNull by Total *100 for the percentage.
