OK, I'm sure there are some ways to simplify this. For one thing, I parsed more than I should, I kept topping out the RegEx tool's ability to parse, but a lot of that is I was thinking I had to parse out the individual city names that were hyphenated.
That said, it works, and I learned a lot about RegEx - trial by fire and all that....
Hey, that was my 100th challenge completed! Happy anniversary to me....

Process:
- Ugh. It's too long to describe. But I do note that it was a lot easier once I started parsing data in blocks (including from right to left) than in trying to do everything left to right as I was initially. It also helped to mix use of RegEx tool and Text to Columns tool
