I don't use the Field Info Tool often so this was an interesting challenge.

Here is my solution

Not toughest task in the bunch, but fun to play around with the Field Info tool.

One observation though. The control data seem to have 2 records switched compared to Input-data, i.e. Z 4 and ZIP columns.
