3 solutions in 1!  (3 different ways to get to the same answer😁)  The first 2 were mine, the 3rd was from the original solution (I double checked my work since the answer/drivetime data has changed).

FYI, as of 2021 Q3, the new answer is 54.594563 . . .

Without using external package, I stuck with TradeArea tool. It's like a Venn diagram, so a repeated intersection.
