One more done. Solution somewhat Inspired by Challenged #51 and the intersection concept. Manage to find a solution on my own, found the also the official one pretty simple.

I used Q4 Peak Time 2020 drivetime data, so my output is different than the solution. Since a commute to work would be during peak drivetime, I feel this is more accurate than the solution provided.
