No spatial package, so had to use distance miles.  Started doing a trial and error to get close to the results and decided to create a simple macro that will do it for each .1 miles.  Derived a radius size of 11.6 miles.

I don't have drive times available so did a random mile radius.

Improvise. Adapt. Overcome.
