Nice Challenge took me a while, think the API's numbers have changed slightly since the challenge was published.

Really useful exercise.  As others have pointed out, numbers may have changed... the challenge asks for Outbound, but solutions seem to tabulate Inbound.  Maybe i have misunderstood... this includes both... albeit hardcoded via Select tool for the Outbound column names...

Solved.  Like mentioned by some others, it appears it has changed from outbound to inbound at some point over the last 5 years, so I just included both.

Heavy usage of the Developer Tool box using 3 different tools from there, 1 from parsing and even a cross-tab.

Good complex challenge for a novice Download tool user, but not one that couldn't be cracked.  🙂

Great challenge - Had to really think about parsing (Headers from the detail) and pivoting and using some REGEX

Renaming the columns turned out to be the roadblock, less the actual parsing.

Here's my solution.
