I'm sure I must have used more tools than everyone else put together, but it works.  I would like to come back to this challenge when I'm more experienced and see if I can reduce the number of tools by at least half :)

After comparing my solution to the one attached, I noticed on Record #318 there was a time difference of -60 minutes, so I fixed this using another formula in the Formula Tool.

Need to work on Date formatting, I seem to constantly do something wrong with that.
