#65 another way of solving this not using Remaining like in the solution; but, in the opposite, running sum

Here's my solution. This was very difficult and took me quite a while to think it through; I think the "Basic" tag is misleading.

I think this is probably one of the toughest basic challenges out there. I'll suggest this as a challenge to anyone who is looking for multi-row practise!
