I couldn't figure out the exact calc for my multirow formula but I got a working solution in the end! 
My calc give me the remaining amount before each order: 
if isnull([Row-1:Remaining]) then [Supply]
elseif
[Row-1:Remaining]>=[Row-1:Demand]
then [Row-1:Remaining]-[Row-1:Demand]
else [Row-1:Remaining]
endif
