I added another way to solve this challenge , this way is very simple , but it does not use the script provided by the official solution so once new weeks added to the sheet the solution will need minor update , 

in real life scenario I will ask the data provider to change the data format to make it more ready for processing , or change it my self before inter it to the pipeline 

however, this is very easy way to solve the challenge
