@JoeM  Took me a while but I got there in the end. I used similar tools to the solution in the end. Was quite an interesting and enjoyable one. It's basically an unpivot with a few bits of cleaning up. I like your solution was a different approach and I learned a lot. Cheers.

My solution for this one is probably way longer than it needed to be, but after a handful of filters and transform tools I was able to find a solution. I'm still questioning if this solution will work for additional columns that will be added in the future, but for the current data the workflow is accurate in finding the correct solution.
