This one was fun and hard!

Still a bit off from the solution, but I believe the overall approach is similar with slight difference in the assumptions made.

Here's my attempt - but I couldn't quite get it to match.

I compared my output of 2334 seconds to the solution of 2435. It looks like the above solution does not take into account going back past 360. I believe this to be a mistake but I built both calculations into my solution.
