How is this different than Challenge #46?  I copied my formula tool from 46 and it worked and I received the correct output.  Let me know if I am not seeing something here.

One for me to revisit!

I had hoped to get it all within one Formula tool, however outputting a column requires dropping it in a select afterwards. 
I have an idea of how to implement this as one large if statement however!
