I thought for sure this was down a rabbit hole -- it is easily the widest Challenge solution I have devised.  But it looks like I was not far off the mark, tool-wise!  Lots of ways to do this one.

Took me a sec to work out how to get all solutions.

I had to look how to use optimizer tool, which is very useful for this challenge. I could also use a macro for this one, but, it was quick to avoid it too !!
