Here's my solution, felt like a great way to experiment with spatial tools. Sorry for the messy workflow - didn't feel like cleaning up :)

Solved! Initially, for Part 1, I used the Trade Area tool. However, I had to change it to Buffer to get all the results from the Spatial Match Tool. And then my answer didn't match the solution answer. Oh well :) I get the idea of what I'm doing, so I'm calling it a win
