Process:
- Create points from lat and long
- Create trade area (15 mi radius)
- Calculate area of counties sq mi
Upper thread:
- Create intersection object between trade area and county
- Calculate area of intersection
- Calculate % overlap
- Sort and clean-up
Lower thread:
- Create combined trade area
- Create intersection object between combined trade area and county
- Calculate area of counties
- Calculate area of intersection
- Calculate % overlap
- Sort and clean-up
