Here is my solution! I double checked my output and it is the same as the output in the solution file - no joins or cross tabbing required. The "Age" question in the "Questions" input (row 28) does not return age response values, and in the solution file, the "Search_Experience" column is just parsed twice and the "Age" column is never used anyways. I was able to build my own version of the solution involving joins and cross-tabbing to pull column headers, but I still think this question was a bit unclear. Perhaps folks in this thread have a better understanding of this question and could clarify.
