Am I missing something here?  There is an error in the source data (Age and Search Experience wrong way around), and the solution is not correct?  The solution splits the "8-55-64" text to get the 8 and use that as the value for search experience, but the real value for the first record should be 2, right?  8 just indicates the 8th response on the questionnaire for the age question, the eighth category.
