Nice challenge, first analytical app for me!

Went ahead and did a single file App to simplify this rather than building the source dataset then calling/opening the app. Also, it runs dynamically on number of columns, so this could go to 80 hierarchy columns and still work. Nice fun challenge to make sure that it matched what the solution was looking for!
