Great challenge.
After seeing the solutions I was wondering if I could make a more automated version without needing to write manually the drop box values.
The only way I could achieve this was by using a Cross tab

Tricky figuring out how to use the drop down tool, but thanks to a little help, I managed to get a working workflow.
