Hi @GeneR, mine is similar to the solution just slight rearrangement and one less tool. I knew roughly the tools I needed but was a bit slow off the mark to figuring out the order.

I used the 'select records' instead of the 'sample tool' which I'm guessing maybe slightly slower if dealing with large data sets as it's a macro with a few tools under the hood?
