More fiddly than you think it is going to be! Made two solutions:
First attempt was crude and I thought there had to be a better way than this.
Second attempt was after I realised everybody was using the Transpose and Cross Tab tools I have yet to ever use. I spent a while fiddling with them and sort of have an understanding of them now!
