I haven't done a challenge in a while. I love these so much. Thanks for doing these. I am curious how others did it. I know I could do it a lot different but went this way.

This was challenging.

My colleague and myself tackled it at the same time. I struggled a little, but got there in the end. 

I've ended up using a couple of tools which i haven't used before which is always a positive!!

I'm kind of proud of my solution here - I preserved the order of the input and I added a "Remarks" column explaining just what is wrong with the bad VINs.  I put comments everywhere.
