This was beastly! I'm sure my workflow isn't as elegant as others. I actually leveraged the Generate Rows tool here to extract each element from the VINs. Stoked with how it turned out and the researching element of the challenge was fun. I'll certainly be tackling this problem again but I will be adapting it by learning from others' solutions. 

I attached the picture for Generate Rows tool which I paired with the Formula tool. In essence, I could have split the string via Regex but I was trying to get funky with it 😂.

Solution - hardest part was figuring out what the Wiki article was saying. I had to cheat and look at the solution. It was easy once I stopped being stuck :)
