Challenge #463: Let Designer Calculate the Pell Number Sequence!

Thank you for the nice challenge.

I ensured the "num" column was an Int64 and then dropped the extra row so I could use the Generate Rows tool to get 30 rows for my sequence. I added a RecordID to enumerate the sequence and then a Multi-Row Formula to apply the formula: P(n) = 2 x P(n-1) + P(n-2).
