I am doing these out of order and since this one ended up being a duplicate to one I already did, I tried a different approach with this one by taking time to do the conversion all within the same formula.

My solution felt really inelegant and subsequent checking through other people's work reveals my baby-steps newbie approach.  But it still worked :)   And now I know better for next time!  Thanks again for these.  Very useful.

Solution, pretty straightforward.
