Numbers are not matching

I did this one pretty close to after it was posted, but my numbers didn't match. I just came back to check in on it and saw that the conversion rate wasn't done properly in Part 1? So I decided I'd post my response now! Thanks - this was a great one (I used it with my students, and I think they had fun even though it was the end of the semester!)

DITTO - Task 1's answer is INCORRECT as it is not converted to Euros as stated in the challenge.

Task 2, the better question would be "What are the 'poor performing Segments'?(Segments with negative variance across ALL regions is which they exist, regardless of how many regions have that segment or the respective Regions names).  So if a Segment only existed in 2 out of 4 Regions and both of those regions exhibited negative YOY variance, that Segment would be included in the results.

Regardless, in the Challenge's data, the answer would be the same, but that's what the question should have been if you ask me.
