I had to fix some inaccurate data using Regex from a couple of games in 2013 that I don't think the solution did so my answers are a little bit different, but I'm pretty confident in what I got.

My solution. A bit quick and dirty, skipped the cleanup to match the output format.

Did handle the bad data, at the expense of some field conversion warnings. If this were a production thing I would have done a more elaborate conversion to get around those, possibly RegEx.
